Meet Jayme
Holistic Esthetician · Herbalist · Nature Guide
I’m Jayme Hanna — a holistic esthetician, herbalist, and outdoor guide based in Knoxville, Tennessee. My work centers on helping people slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with themselves through intentional care and time in nature.
Whether I’m offering a restorative facial, creating seasonal skincare, or guiding women into the outdoors, my approach is rooted in presence, gentleness, and respect for natural rhythms. I’m especially drawn to practices that support both the body and the state of mind — from marma point work and herbal rituals to quiet days on the water.
My path has been shaped by years of hands-on work, continued study, and lived experience, but more than anything, by listening. I believe care doesn’t need to be complicated to be meaningful. When we tend to our skin, our homes, and our relationship to nature with intention, clarity and confidence naturally follow.
This space is where all of that comes together.

Seasonal Care, Rooted in Presence
My work is guided by the belief that care doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective. Whether through facial rituals, seasonal products, or time spent outdoors, I focus on practices that support the nervous system, honor natural rhythms, and invite people back into their bodies.
I’m especially drawn to slow, intentional approaches — marma point therapy, herbal support, and gentle education — that allow space for regulation, reflection, and ease. These practices shape everything I offer, from the treatment room to the river.
